I believe that Jessica makes a very well claim. She explians that she loves running and just finished a hald marathon. She also says that she isn't a fast runner, but actually rather slow. She tells us that slower can be better. Speed can be a goal for someone who plans on winning it, but she does it for health purposes. She feels that speed is no need but rather that running is a great way to stay in shape. She would love to become a little faster, but its not anything she needs. She knows she's doing a healthy thing, and achieving one of her goals. I completely agree with her statements in that speed shouldn't be all that important. I think that just exercising and actually going out and running a half marathon is important. She makes valid claims that running is great exercise and that will only do better for you. I dont think that there are any false claims in this blog post.
